Notarizing requires you provide acceptable identification.

Accepted identification is:

• California Driver's License
• California Identification Card
• Canada Drivers License
• Foreign Passports Stamped by U.S. Customs
• Inmate ID Card
• Mexico Driver's License
• Other State Identification card
• Two credible witnesses (for a person who does not have current or acceptable ID)
• U.S. Passport
• U.S. Military ID Card
